NOVELTY - The preparation method for lithium-ion battery positive plate, involves taking solid electrolyte metal salt as a cation source, weighing, dissolving in weak acid and polyol and stirring to form metal acid chelate, producing variety of solid polymer esters, adding inorganic anion salt solution to heat and stir, occurring esterification reaction and polypolymerization reaction, drying, calcining to obtain uniform solid electrolyte powder, placing positive electrode active material in stirring tank containing a mixture of solid electrolyte and organic solvent to disperse to obtain mixed slurry, drying, putting dried mixed slurry into atmosphere furnace for calcination to obtain a solid electrolyte coated positive electrode material, adding binder, conductive agent, and solvent into stirring tank, adding solid electrolyte-coated positive electrode material and stirring to obtain positive electrode slurry, which is coated on current collector. USE - Preparation method for lithium-ion battery positive plate for solid-state battery (claimed) used in energy automobile, consumer electronic product, medical electronic device and wearable electronic application. ADVANTAGE - The difficulty of the coating material in the preparation process is reduced. The energy loss is reduced. The shortcomings of traditional solid-state batteries that perform poorly at low temperatures are reduced after the material is assembled into a solid-state battery with a graphite negative electrode, and the electrochemical performance of all-solid-state lithium batteries is improved.
