NOVELTY - Graphene quantum dot antibacterial and antiviral melt-blown cloth comprises 90-95 wt.% polymer masterbatch, 2-5 wt.% electret masterbatch, 2-5 wt.% white oil, 0.5-2 wt.% graphene quantum dots, 0.01-0.1 wt.% coupling agent, and 0.1-1 wt.% dispersant. The polymer masterbatch comprises polypropylene, polyamide, polyethylene terephthalate and/or polyethylene. The auxiliary agent of the electret masterbatch is tourmaline and/or polytetrafluoroethylene. The coupling agent comprises silane coupling agent, polydopamine and/or polyethyleneimine. The dispersant comprises polyvinylpyrrolidone, sodium methylene bis-tetrasulfonate, polyethylene glycol, paraffin and/or polyether. USE - The cloth is useful for melt-blown non-woven fabric technology. ADVANTAGE - The cloth overcomes the problems of poor stability of traditional silver ion antibacterial agents and hidden dangers of biological safety, solves the problem of uniform dispersion of graphene quantum dots in the polymer matrix, effectively avoids the shedding of antibacterial agents, when used in masks, blocks larger dust, droplets and aerosols in the air, prevents the wearer from being exposed to the risk of infection again at any time, and has excellent antibacterial, antibacterial, antiviral and mechanical properties.
