NOVELTY - Graphene-loaded nano-copper particle composite material, comprises a graphene sheet layer and a electroless plating layer on its surface, where the electroless plating layer is a copper plating layer, and the copper plating layer is a face-centered cubic structure nano copper particle, and the particle size of the nano-copper particles is 30-200 nm. USE - Used as graphene-loaded nano-copper particle composite material. ADVANTAGE - The material: achieves stable combination between graphene and nano-copper particles; repairs graphene surface defects; and improves the overall performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the graphene-loaded nano-copper particle composite material comprising (i) immersing the graphene in water, performing ultrasonic dispersion treatment, taking out the graphene, placing the sensitizing solution and sensitizing at 90-100 degrees C for 5-10 minutes to obtain sensitized graphene, where the sensitizing solution is made by mixing tin(II) chloride solution and hydrochloric acid, the concentration of tin(II) chloride solution is 10-30 g/l, and the volume ratio of hydrochloric acid to tin(II) chloride solution is 0.01-0.03, (ii) taking out the sensitized graphene, washing with water until the washing solution is neutral, and placing in an activation solution, activating under stirring conditions for 4-10 minutes to obtain activated graphene, where the concentration of silver nitrate solution is 1-2 g/l, and the amount of ammonia is 2 according to the molar ratio of ammonia and silver nitrate, (iii) taking out the activated graphene, washing with water until the washing liquid is neutral, and placing in the plating solution, where the plating solution is copper(II) sulfate pentahydrate, reducing agent formaldehyde solution, complexing agent ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid disodium salt (EDTA 2Na), where the complexing agent potassium sodium tartrate and stabilizer 2,2-bipyridine are prepared by dissolving in water, the dosage of copper(II) sulfate pentahydrateis is 12.5-37.5 g/l water, the dosage of formaldehyde solution is 16-48 ml/l water, and the dosage of EDTA.2Na is 20-60 g/l water, the dosage of potassium sodium tartrate is 10-30 g/l water, and the dosage of 2,2-bipyridine is 1-3 g/l water, (iv) raising the temperature of the plating solution to 35-45 degrees C under stirring, and adding the sodium hydroxide solution by dropwise to adjusting the pH to 12-13, and placing at the temperature of 30-40 minutes to form copper-plated graphene in the plating solution, and (v) washing the copper-plated graphene with water until the washing liquid is neutral, and drying to remove moisture.
