NOVELTY - Preparing graphene heat conducting film comprises (i) coating an oxidized graphene slurry on the surface of the substrate; (ii) drying the surface layer of the coated graphene oxide slurry; (iii) setting holes and/or grooves not penetrating through the surface layer on the dried surface layer, and continuing to coat the graphene oxide slurry on the dried surface layer; (iv) repeating the steps (i) to (iii), drying all the graphene oxide slurry to obtain the graphene oxide film; and (v) performing heat treatment to the graphene oxide film to obtain the graphene heat conducting film. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene heat conducting film. ADVANTAGE - The graphene heat conducting film has a layered structure, the prepared thickness and number of layers are controllable and will not be dispersed to form a whole structure.
