NOVELTY - Polyurethane coating comprises 100-140 pts. wt. polyurethane rubber, 30-40 pts. wt. styrene-butadiene rubber, 10-20 pts. wt. natural rubber, 10-18 pts. wt. nitrile rubber, 5-11 pts. wt. vulcanizing agents, 25-45 pts. wt. heavy calcium carbonate, 10-20 pts. wt. graphene, 10-18 pts. wt. nano-bentonite, 4-8 pts. wt. vulcanization accelerator, 2-4 pts. wt. pine tar, 2-4 scorch retarder, 2-4 pts. wt. antioxidant, 2-4 pts. wt. plasticizer and 2-4 pts. wt. softener. USE - The coating is useful for forklift hub surface (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The coating: has excellent wear resistance and high tensile strength.
