▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Preparation of vertical responsive gas sensor based on three-dimensional porous graphene ultra-thin film comprises adding liquid oxidizing agent and sulfate to aqueous solution of graphene oxide, adjusting pH, processing, subjecting to ultraviolet treatment, subjecting to dialysis treatment to obtain negatively charged porous graphene dispersion solution, adding p-phenylenediamine, refluxing to obtain positively charged porous graphene dispersion, immersing in negatively charged porous graphene dispersion, immersing in positively charged porous graphene dispersion, repeating and drying. USE - Method of preparing vertical responsive gas sensor based on three-dimensional porous graphene ultra-thin film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and suitable for mass production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of vertical responsive gas sensor based on three-dimensional porous graphene ultra-thin film comprises adding liquid oxidizing agent and sulfate to aqueous solution of graphene oxide, adjusting pH with acid to 1-4, processing to obtain oxidized graphene dispersion, subjecting to ultraviolet treatment for 30 seconds to 30 minutes, subjecting to dialysis treatment to obtain negatively charged porous graphene dispersion solution, adding p-phenylenediamine to negatively charged porous graphene dispersion solution, refluxing to obtain positively charged porous graphene dispersion, immersing first electrode in negatively charged porous graphene dispersion, immersing in positively charged porous graphene dispersion, repeating for 15-200 times and drying.
