NOVELTY - An oxidation graphene reinforced non-asbestos composite sealing gasket is prepared by adding water and dispersant to non-asbestos fiber in disintegrator through extrusion, impact, friction and kneading, dispersing fiber bundle into single fiber in water, putting pulp fiber into hydrabrusher, adding filler and low content oxidized graphene, mixing and pulping, adding aluminum sulfate solution, mixing and pulping, controlling pulp pH using sodium hydroxide or potassium hydroxide, adding latex, compounding agent and chemical auxiliary agent, pulping, mixing and stirring, adding flocculant to flocculate, pouring into machine, filtering, vacuum dehydrating, rolling, vacuum drying, pressing, and flat vulcanizing. The non-asbestos fiber is aramid fiber, pulp fiber, glass fiber, mineral cotton fiber, QY cotton fiber and/or basalt fiber. The compounding agent is vulcanizing agent, anti-aging agent, antifoaming agent and flocculant. USE - Method for preparing oxidation graphene reinforced non-asbestos composite sealing gasket. ADVANTAGE - The product is environment-friendly, enhances quality, and improves mechanical strength, sealing performance, quality stability, uniform dispersion and tissue binding. The method has simple operation, reduces uncertain factors, and strictly controls technique process and technique parameter. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An oxidation graphene reinforced non-asbestos composite sealing gasket is prepared by adding water and dispersant to non-asbestos fiber in disintegrator through extrusion, impact, friction and kneading, dispersing fiber bundle into single fiber in water, putting pulp fiber into hydrabrusher, adding filler and low content oxidized graphene, mixing and pulping, adding aluminum sulfate solution, mixing and pulping, controlling pulp pH using sodium hydroxide or potassium hydroxide to 6-8, adding latex, compounding agent and chemical auxiliary agent, pulping, mixing and stirring at 25-35 at speed of 180-250 rpm, adding flocculant to flocculate, pouring into machine, filtering, vacuum dehydrating, rolling, vacuum drying at 60-110 degrees C for 3-8 hours, pressing, and flat vulcanizing at 110-150 degrees C for 2-10 minutes at 2-12 MPa. The non-asbestos fiber is mineral cotton fiber, QY cotton fiber, aramid fiber, pulp fiber, glass fiber and/or basalt fiber, and has fiber mitigating rotation number of 20000~35000 revolutions/minute (rpm). The compounding agent is vulcanizing agent, anti-aging agent, antifoaming agent and flocculant. The vulcanizing agent comprises sulfur, vulcanization accelerator and zinc oxide at ratio of 1:2:2.
