NOVELTY - The structure has a substrate (10) that is provided with a light path region (11) and a graphene film layer (20). The graphene film layer is adhered on the light path area. The graphene film layer has graphene layer of 10 layer. The graphene film layer is formed by spin coating a graphene oxide solution. A light path region including a pixel unit comprises RGB pixel structure. A light path region comprises a passivation layer (12) located on the pixel unit. USE - Image sensor structure of image sensor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene film layer has excellent optical properties and electrical properties. The graphene film layer reduces the light path region of the device affected by the electromagnetic wave interference, so as to improve the performance of the image sensor.
