NOVELTY - Uric acid sensor comprises a flexible substrate and a waterproof layer arranged in layer. Three electrodes and a conductive circuit are arranged between the flexible substrate and the waterproof layer. A detection port is provided on the waterproof layer and the three electrodes are located at the detection port. The three electrodes is a working electrode. The working electrode is provided with a graphene- polyacrylonitrile electro spinning film layer. An uricase and film-forming auxiliary agent are adsorbed in the graphene polyacrylonitrile electro spinning film layer and a waterproof insulating layer is provided at the edge of the detection port in contact with the waterproof layer. USE - The sensor is useful for detecting uric acid (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The sensor: has high sensitivity, wide detection range, water-proof, ventilate, high temperature resistance; can meet the detection of uric acid in different concentration ranges; has high accurate detection result, which will not be interfered by other substance and can detect the concentration of uric acid efficiently and specifically. The method: can avoid the problem of melting and shrinking of the polyurethane medical adhesive tape during the heating and curing process by the existence of the polytetrafluoroethylene film layer. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: preparing uric acid sensor comprising (a) forming three electrodes and conductive circuit on a flexible substrate, pasting the graphene- polyacrylonitrile electro spinning film layer on the working electrode and heat curing, (b) adding uricase and drying on the graphene- polyacrylonitrile electro spinning film layer, adding film-forming auxiliary agent and drying and (c) pasting the waterproof layer on a flexible substrate and forming the waterproof insulating layer at the edge of the detection port to obtain the uric acid sensor; and detecting uric acid comprising connecting the uric acid sensor with an electrochemical working station, adding uric acid sample solution drop wise on the working electrode and using differential pulse voltammetry to detect the peak current value of uric acid to obtain the concentration of uric acid based on the uric acid detection standard curve.
