NOVELTY - Oxidized graphene/titanium dioxide composite material preparing method involves dispersing graphite oxide in de-ionized water. Ultrasonical peeling off is carried out to obtain graphene oxide water dispersion liquid. Acid is added to graphene liquid, and pH value is adjusted to obtain the solution A. The titanium precursor is dissolved in the alcohol and stirring uniformly to obtain solution B. The solutions A and B are blended and heated to obtain graphite oxide/titanium dioxide solution. The solution is dried and grinded to obtain the graphene/titanium dioxide composite material. USE - Method for preparing oxidized graphene/titanium dioxide composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing material with high visible light catalytic degradation activity, degrading organic pollutant ability, in a simple, convenient, environmental-friendly and cost-effective manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Oxidized graphene/titanium dioxide composite material preparing method involves taking titanium precursor, de-ionized water and alcohol. Dispersing graphite oxide in the de-ionized water. Ultrasonic peeling off is carried out for 30-60 minutes to obtain the graphene oxide water dispersion liquid. Acid is added to the graphene oxide water dispersion liquid and pH value is adjusted to 4-5 to obtain the solution A. The titanium precursor is dissolved in the alcohol and stirring uniformly to obtain solution B. The solutions A and B are blended at speed of 0.5-3 ml/minute. The mixture is heated at 100 degrees C for 2-72 hours to obtain graphite oxide/titanium dioxide solution. Centrifugate washing is carried out to the obtained solution. The solution is dried by heating at 25 degrees C for 6-48 hours. The dried product is grinded to obtain the graphene/titanium dioxide composite material.
