▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - The platinum-sulfonated graphene composite nanometer material comprises peroxidase that catalyzes oxidation of 3,3',5,5'-tetramethylbenzidine hydrochloride. The platinum-sulfonated graphene composite nanomaterials are prepared by adding 1.796 ml sulfonated graphene solution in 12.559 ml aqueous solution of chloroplatinic acid with stirring for 15 minutes. 0.645 ml aqueous sodium borohydride solution is added dropwise with stirring for 4 hours to obtain a platinum-sulfonated graphene composite nanometer aqueous solution. USE - Platinum-sulfonated graphene composite nanometer material used for detecting low concentrations of hydrogen peroxide. ADVANTAGE - The platinum-sulfonated graphene composite nanometer material has a good affinity and excellent catalytic product absorbance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The platinum-sulfonated graphene composite nanometer material comprises peroxidase that catalyzes oxidation of 3,3',5,5'-tetramethylbenzidine hydrochloride. The obtained composite nanometer aqueous solution is, vacuum dried to obtain the platinum-sulfonated graphene composite nanometer material. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic transmission electron microscopic image of the platinum-sulfonated graphene composite nanometer material.
