NOVELTY - The polymer composite graphene haze fiber bundle comprises 25-30 pts. wt. acetate fiber bundle, 25-30 pts. wt. alginic acid, 5-10 pts. wt. hydrochloric acid, 20-25 pts. wt. ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, 8-10 pts. wt. high polyethylene, 5-8 pts. wt. nano-active agents, 8-10 pts. wt. foam alumina, 5-8 pts. wt. nano-cerium oxide powder, 15-20 pts. wt. polylactic acid chitosan, 10-15 pts. wt. nano-graphene, 0.3-0.5 pts. wt. conductive mica powder, 0.2-0.4 pts. wt. nano-conductive graphite powder, 0.8-1 pts. wt. polyisocyanate trimer, and 1-2 pts. wt. polytetrafluoroethylene fiber. The nano-active agent is prepared by mixing magnesium oxide, aluminum oxide, silicon nitride and boron nitride in a weight ratio of 1:2:3:1. The modified nano-titanium dioxide is prepared by immersing activated carbon fiber in deionized water for 1-2 hours, and then drying in oven for 3-5 hours. The metatitanate pulp and urea are mixed in deionized water at 90-96 degrees C for 2-4 hours to complete the reaction. The additive is prepared by dispersing magnesium aluminum hydrotalcite in ionic water with excess sodium dihydrogen phosphate dihydrate to prepare slurry. The prepared slurry is heated and stirred with acetic acid for 3 hours. The nanometer graphene is prepared by adding concentrated sulfuric acid into graphite with stirring at -20 degrees C for 5-12 hours, and then adding potassium permanganate to oxidize to obtain an oxidized graphite solution. The modified oxidized graphite solution is filtered, washed, and vacuum dried at 50 degrees C for 24 hours to obtain the nanometer graphene. DDSC: --- An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing polymer composite graphene haze fiber bundle, which involves: (A) heating alginic acid, hydrochloric acid mixture, and deionized water at 100-120 degrees C with stirring for 20-30 minutes to prepare acid-based fiber solution; (B) mixing ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, high polyethylene, nano-active agent, foamed alumina, nano-cerium oxide powder, aluminum hydroxy compounds, modified nano-titanium dioxide, fly ash, lime, silica lime, p-toluenesulfonic acid, methyl sulfate, glycerol triacetate, conductive mica powder, nano-conductive graphite powder, polyisocyanate, polytetrafluoroethylene fiber, porous aluminum titanate, zircon, cement coking residue, nano-alumina, asbestos and sea mud with stirring to get a mixture; (C) adding alginate-based fiber solution with stirring at 90-100 degrees C uniformly to give substrate; (D) mixing fir gum, tung oil and polyvinyl acetate at 80-90 degrees C for 5-10 minutes with stirring uniformly; and (E) adding mixture of polylactic acid chitosan and nano-graphite with stirring for 5-6 hours under magnetic stirring to form a uniform and stable transparent solution.
