▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method for preparing paper-based sensing element for weak deformation, involves: putting a dried paper and a lignin dispersion into a Petri dish and mixing them so that the lignin dispersion completely wets the paper and then dries it, then soaking it in a flame retardant and then drying it again to obtain a lignin-based mixed paper; using laser direct writing system to process carbonized sensing electrodes with specific shapes; bending the laser carbonized sensing electrode once more, performing strain engineering bending treatment, and increasing its internal crack structure; writing the paper-based carbon electrode directly with the strain-engineered laser, and encapsulating it with conductive silver paste, copper wire and cured glue. USE - Method for preparing paper-based sensing element for weak deformation. ADVANTAGE - The method can effectively obtain the porous carbon-based paper electrode through simple design to effectively provide the sensitivity of mechanical strain sensing under weak signals. The paper-based strain sensor not only has good plasticity and flexibility, but also has broad application prospects in future portable and wearable devices. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic diagram of the preparation process of a paper-based sensing element embodiment for weak deformation.
