NOVELTY - An electrical connection component (10) comprises a base material (1) and a nanocarbon material film (2) formed on the surface (1a) of the base material. The film (2) is composed of a graphene laminated material formed by laminating two layers of graphene single layer materials. USE - Electrical connection component used for electric contact, onboard terminal, bus bar, and connector. ADVANTAGE - The electrical connection component has suppressed increase in a contact resistance value due to oxidation of a base material and maintains excellent connection reliability in a high state by a simple constitution. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of the electrical connection component, which involves (a) heating the surface of the base material with near-infrared rays, bringing the surface of the heated base material into contact with a raw material gas containing carbon, and quenching, forming a nano-structure made of a graphene laminate by laminating two graphene monolayers and forming a carbon material film on the base material.
