▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Hollow fiber solvent-resistant nano-filtration membrane comprises a base film and a separation skin layer. The base film material is polyimide or comprises imide groups capable of crosslinking with polyamine compounds. The separation skin layer is polyamide and/or polyimide. The separation skin layer comprises graphene oxide (GO) nanomaterials. USE - The hollow fiber solvent-resistant nano-filtration membrane is useful for the separation and purification of organic solvent systems, and solution systems containing both water and organic solvent (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The membrane regulates interfacial polymerization process by doping graphene oxide in the aqueous phase monomer solution of interfacial polymerization, provides channel for fast solvent transfer, has improved separation performance, adopts low-concentration interfacial polymerization monomers and role of graphene oxide in regulating interfacial polymerization, and has extremely low roughness, and good performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation method of hollow fiber solvent-resistant nano-filtration membrane using aqueous phase monomer solution comprising aromatic diamine compound, and aromatic diamine compound comprises m-phenylenediamine, p-phenylenediamine, and other aromatic compounds containing two amine groups, aqueous phase additive comprising sodium dodecylsulfonate (SDS) or other surfactants that facilitate the uniform attachment of the solution, and the aqueous phase additive comprises triethylamine or other amine compounds.
