NOVELTY - The method involves preparing electrolyte taking anode electrophoresis paint, adding into the graphene oxide water solution, fully mixing uniformly to obtain the electrolyte. The graphene radiating layer taking substrate is prepared into the electrolyte, using electrochemical method for anode deposition assembly of the substrate, depositing on the substrate to obtain graphene radiating layer. The substrate deposited with the graphene radiating layer is freezed and dried. The thermal reduction treatment is performed to obtain the anode electrophoretic paint mediated electrochemical assembling graphene radiating layer. The anode electrophoretic paint is one or the mixture of two of acrylic acid and polybutadiene USE - Method of preparing anode electrophoresis paint mediated electrochemical assembling graphene radiating layer for use in electronic device such as metal radiator. ADVANTAGE - The method has simple operation, high efficiency and environmental protection. The graphene radiating layer has high radiating efficiency, strong bonding force with the substrate, and is simple to operate. The anode electrophoretic paint added in the electrolyte can be deposited on the metal surface along with the graphene electrochemical deposition process, so as to enhance the graphene/graphene interface bonding force of graphene/substrate, further enhancing interface heat transfer effect.
