▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Yttria-stabilized zirconia/graphene compound powder, comprises compound powder is in molten eutectic state which is composed of yttria-stabilized zirconia and graphene in a mass ratio of 26-83:1. USE - The powder is useful for sealing coating. ADVANTAGE - The method has simple process; good for realizing the densification, homogenization and spheroidization of the compound powder, and satisfies the requirement of using plasma spraying to prepare the sealing coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing yttria-stabilized zirconia/graphene compound powder for sealing coating, comprising (i) uniformly mixing nano-yttria-stabilized zirconia powder, graphene, polyvinyl alcohol, and water to obtain suspension; (ii) transferring suspension to spray drying granulation tower for agglomeration and granulation, drying granulated powder and passing through inspection sieve, and obtaining nano-yttria-stabilized zirconia/graphene agglomerated powder with particle diameter of 20-90 mu m; and (iii) sending nano-yttria-stabilized zirconia/graphene agglomerated powder into induction plasma spheroidizing device for spheroidizing treatment, drying the spheroidized powder, and passing through a test sieve to obtain yttria-stabilized zirconia/graphene compound powder for sealing coating, where the parameters of the induction plasma spheroidization are power is 40 kW, argon gas flow rate is 50-60 SCFH, hydrogen flow rate is 5-6 SCFH, and powder feeding rate is 4 revolutions/minute.
