NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene comprises using graphene production device comprising main body, columnar reaction chamber, chamber inner wall, cathode graphite rod, anode graphite rod, graphene collecting assembly, and gas input pipeline; delivering gas to the gap between cathode graphite rod and anode graphite rod through the gas input pipeline, where gas is hydrogen, helium and/or argon, and carbon-containing gas; and using graphite rods as the anode and cathode poles under nitrogen-hydrogen atmosphere, horizontally and directly extending graphite rods into the cylindrical reaction chamber, and inwardly facing multiple gas input pipelines the gap between the cathode and the anode grinding rods, inputting gas concentrates, and producing graphene through direct current arc discharge. USE - The method is used for preparation of graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method uses the device that greatly improves the efficiency of graphene production.
