NOVELTY - A partially-reduced graphene hierarchy component-coupled component is obtained by connecting partially-reduced graphene hierarchy components having partially-reduced graphene of 2 or more sheets, and a nano substance clamped between the partially-reduced graphene. The partially-reduced graphene does not have carbonyl group, but has carboxyl group and a hydroxyl group. A different partially-reduced graphene hierarchy component is mutually connected by the ester bond. USE - Partially-reduced graphene hierarchy component-coupled component is used for forming powder and film e.g. graphene electrode film for graphene capacitor (all claimed) for electric vehicles. ADVANTAGE - The partially-reduced graphene hierarchy component-coupled component has high conductivity, and is prepared efficiently and economically. The film formed using the component has high durability and conductivity. The capacitor using the film has high cycle characteristics, energy density of 10 W.hour/kg and power density of 5 kW/kg. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) manufacture of partially-reduced graphene hierarchy component-coupled component, which involves dispersing electroconductive material to a solvent, adding oxidation graphene which has carboxyl group, hydroxyl group and carbonyl group with nano substance, adding A reducing agent to dispersion in inert gas atmosphere, reducing carbonyl group, connecting partial reduction graphene by dehydrate-condensing carboxyl group of partially-reduced graphene and hydroxyl group of the other partially-reduced graphene, and forming ester bond; (2) partially-reduced graphene hierarchy component-coupled component containing powder; (3) partially-reduced graphene hierarchy component-coupled component containing film; (4) graphene electrode film; (5) manufacture of graphene electrode film; and (6) graphene capacitor.
