NOVELTY - The method involves (a) adding sisal fiber, sodium hydroxide and deionized water, heating, filtering and washing with water to remove hemicellulose, lignin and pectin from sisal fiber, and vacuum drying to obtain product A, taking product A, chloroacetic acid, and sodium hydroxide solution and mixing, and reacting, filtering, washing with water to neutrality, and vacuum drying to obtain product B, adding product B into deionized water and stirring to obtain an MSF-g-COOH solution, (b) mixing peach gum polysaccharide solution, MSF-gCOOH solution, and glycerin, stirring, and drying to obtain MSF-g-COOH/peach gum polysaccharide composite membrane, and placing the composite membrane in citric acid solution for cross-linking, (c) heating polyimide film for carbonization under vacuum, and heating for graphitization under high-purity argon, and obtaining functionalized graphene carbonized film, and (d) cutting the two types of films, and pressing on a flat vulcanizing machine. USE - Preparation method of sandwich structure flexible sensor composite film used in electronic skin, medical care, electronic, electrician, sports equipment, textile, aerospace and environment monitoring field. ADVANTAGE - The method has simple preparation technique, strong adhesive force, obvious sensing performance, resistance type bending sensor 800 times repeated fast bending cycle, and can provide stable electronic signal. The film has excellent flexibility and conductivity, good biological compatibility and mechanical property.
