NOVELTY - A polyamide-boron nitride composite material comprises 40-42 pts. wt. magnesia, 20-22 pts. wt. boron nitride, 2-3 pts. wt. chopped glass fibers, 30-32 pts. wt. polyamide PA10T, 7-8 pts. wt. alumina whiskers, 1-2 pts. wt. vapor phase alumina, 1-2 pts. wt. graphene microchip, 1-2 pts. wt. copper oxide flakes, 1-2 pts. wt. silver oxide, 1-1.5 pts. wt. polyvinyl butyral, 3-4 pts. wt. ethanol and 3-4 pts. wt. styrene-ethylene butadiene styrene. USE - Polyamide-boron nitride composite material used for lamp cooling. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has improved notched impact strength, thermal conductivity, mechanical properties, electrical properties, heat resistance, flexural strength and insulation property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the composite material, which involves using polyvinyl butyral, ethanol, vapor phase alumina, graphene microchips, glass fiber, alumina crystal whisker, copper oxide and silver oxide for preparing modified alumina crystal whisker, mixing boron nitride and styrene-ethylene butadiene styrene with the modified material, extruding to obtain granules, adding polyamide PA10T and other ingredients to the obtained granules, mixing uniformly, extruding the mixture and injection molding the obtained granules at 125-130 degrees C.
