NOVELTY - A tissue engineering scaffold preparation method involves adding chitosan powder to an aqueous solution of graphene oxide and stirring evenly to obtain emulsion. Glacial acetic acid is added dropwise to the emulsion while stirring until the solution become clear and transparent, to obtain viscous solution. The viscous solution is continuously stirred for 12-48 hours to obtain reactant solution. The solution is slowly poured into a mold and kept aside at -80 degrees C for 24 hours. The mold is pre-frozen for 4 hours and freeze-dried in a vacuum freeze drier overnight to obtain a finished product. USE - Method for preparing tissue engineering scaffold that is utilized for myocardial repair, conducting electrical signals between the cells and signal transduction of cardiomyocytes in myocardial tissue engineering. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing the tissue engineering scaffold with better conductive ability, and without cell toxicity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A tissue engineering scaffold preparation method involves adding chitosan powder to an aqueous solution of graphene oxide, making the mass concentration of graphene oxide and chitosan to 0.01-0.1% and stirring evenly to obtain emulsion. Glacial acetic acid is added dropwise to the emulsion while stirring until the solution become clear and transparent, to obtain viscous solution with the volume ratio of water to glacial acetic acid and the emulsion to be 0.2/100-2/100.
