NOVELTY - The graphene amine-aldehyde resin comprises formaldehyde, melamine, water, urea, aldehyde-absorbing agent, graphene and 906-triamine auxiliary agent. The preparation of graphene amine-aldehyde resin, involves (i) adding formaldehyde and water to autoclave, heating, stirring, adjusting pH with sodium hydroxide solution, (ii) adding melamine, heating, adding 906-triamine auxiliary agent, (iii) heating, performing polycondensation reaction, (iv) cooling with water, (v) adding urea and aldehyde-absorbing agent, (vi) adding graphene at 60 degrees C, (vii) cooling, stirring and discharging. USE - Graphene amine-aldehyde resin for impregnation, for use in production of impregnated film paper (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene amine-aldehyde resin has high strength and excellent weatherability. The impregnated film paper has high surface glossiness, excellent scratch resistance, impact resistance, high resistance to hot and cold cycle, excellent water resistance and physical and chemical indicators. The graphene amine-aldehyde resin has pH of 6.0-8.5, viscosity of 0.3-0.4 Pa.second, water solubility ratio of 1:1.5-2.5, and solid content of 48-55%. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The graphene amine-aldehyde resin comprises formaldehyde, melamine, water, urea, aldehyde-absorbing agent, graphene and 906-triamine auxiliary agent. The preparation of graphene amine-aldehyde resin, involves (i) adding 37 wt.% of 100 pts. wt. formaldehyde and 40-60 pts. wt. water to an autoclave, heating the reaction vessel at 20-30 degrees C, stirring and adjusting the pH value to 8.0-9.5 with 30% of sodium hydroxide solution, (ii) adding 80 pts. wt. melamine, heating, then adding 10 pts. wt. 906-triamine auxiliary agent, (iii) continually heating the reactor at 90 degrees C, stopping the gas and maintaining for 10 minutes, heating at 93-96 degrees C and performing polycondensation reaction, (iv) cooling with water according to the ratio of water to mixture is 1:2.0-2.5, (v) adding 3-10 pts. wt. urea at a temperature of 85 degrees C and adding 1-2 pts. wt. aldehyde-absorbing agent, (vi) adding 0.05-0.5 pts. wt. graphene at 60 degrees C, (vii) cooling to 40 degrees C, then stirring and discharging. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation method of graphene amine-aldehyde resin for impregnation; and (2) application method of graphene amine-aldehyde resin in preparation of impregnated film paper.
