▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A carbon fiber film comprises greater than or equal to 1 carbon nanotube film containing carbon nanotubes (56) joined end to end and extending along a same direction, where each carbon nanotube is joined with graphene sheets (58), and an angle is defined between each graphene sheet and carbon nanotube. USE - A carbon fiber film. ADVANTAGE - The carbon fiber film has good electrical conductivity and sheet resistance. Mechanical strength of carbon fiber film is improved by joining 2 adjacent carbon nanotubes end to end by combining graphene sheet in which graphene sheet is combined with the 2 adjacent carbon nanotubes by covalent bond. The free-standing carbon nanotube film can sustain the weight of itself when hoisted by its portion without any significant damage to its structural integrity.
