▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of silver/reduced graphene nanocomposite involves dissolving silver salt and reducing agent in ultrapure water, obtaining mixed solution, adding three-dimensional columnar reduced graphene into the mixed solution, soaking at 3-60 degrees C for more than 1 day, preferably for 1-2 days, adding resultant solution to hydrothermal reactor, reacting at 110-140 degrees C for 12-14 hours, washing resultant product and drying. USE - Preparation of silver/reduced graphene nanocomposite as surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy material for detecting activity-enhanced substrates (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently provides silver/reduced graphene nanocomposite having large specific surface area, and high surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy enhancement effect and stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of silver/reduced graphene nanocomposite involves ultrasonically dispersing graphite oxide in water, obtaining graphene oxide solution, adding sulfuric acid, ultrasonically mixing, obtaining mixed solution, transferring the mixture to a reaction kettle at 160-260 degrees C for 18-30 hours, washing, removing, obtaining three-dimensional columnar reduced graphene oxide, dissolving silver salt and reducing agent in ultrapure water, obtaining mixed solution, adding three-dimensional columnar reduced graphene into the mixed solution, soaking at 3-60 degrees C for more than 1 day, preferably for 1-2 days, adding resultant solution to hydrothermal reactor, reacting at 110-140 degrees C for 12-14 hours, washing resultant product and drying.
