NOVELTY - Multifunctional composite coating of steel structure surface comprises multi-element permeation substrate, a graphene anti-corrosion film and a fireproof outer layer, which are provided from inside to outside, where the multi-element permeation substrate comprising 50-60 pts. wt. zinc powder, 23-31 pts. wt. aluminum powder, 15-18 pts. wt. urea, 10-12 pts. wt. sodium carbonate, the graphene anti-corrosion film includes powdered graphene oxide and pyrrole, the fireproof outer layer comprising 5-10 pts. wt. flame retardant, 1-2 pts. wt. synergistic flame retardant, 2-4 pts. wt. pentaerythritol, 3-5 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 3-7 pts. wt. reinforcing fiber, 5-10 pts. wt. curing agent, 40-58 pts. wt. epoxy resin polymer, and remaining amount of acetone. USE - The coating is useful for building structure, high strength, light weight, and good extensibility, shock resistance and construction period and in building industry. ADVANTAGE - The coating: realizes the combination of anti-corrosion and fire-proof of steel structure outer layer coating; ensures multi-permeation, electrochemical deposition method; and can more tightly combine layer.
