NOVELTY - Modified graphene anticorrosion paint comprises 30-38 pts. wt. aqueous polyurethane resin, 25-32 pts. wt. acrylate emulsion, 15-23 pts. wt. modified graphene, 1-3 pts. wt. polydopamine, 0.01-1.2 pts. wt. penetrating agent, 0.01-1 pts. wt. emulsifier, 0-0.05 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 0-10 pts. wt. film-forming auxiliary agent, and 0-1 pts. wt. other auxiliary agent. USE - The paint is useful for coating metal surface. ADVANTAGE - The paint: can provides better anti-corrosion protection for metal; and has excellent anti-corrosion performance, high strength and salt spray resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the modified graphene anticorrosion paint comprising weighing aqueous polyurethane resin and mixing with acrylic emulsion, heating to 45-50°C, and stirring for 30-40 minutes to obtain a matrix; dissolving other auxiliary agent in water to make a solution (3-10 g/l), adding modified graphene and polydopamine, heating to 55-60°C, and magnetically stirring for 50-60 minutes to obtain modified graphene dispersion; adding the modified graphene dispersion, penetrating agent and emulsifier into matrix, stirring for 1.6-2 hours at 45-50°C, during this process, adding antifoaming agent and film-forming auxiliary agent in sequence every 20 minutes, observing number of bubbles, whether to add antifoaming agent, when there is no bubbles, stop stirring and allowing to stand to get the product.
