▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The sensor (10) has a board provided with two ports (100, 200), where one of the ports includes two ground electrodes (110, 120) and a signal electrode (130) forming an electrode of a capacitor. The signal electrode and another signal electrode (230) are inter-digitated to form the latter signal electrode. A graphene oxide thin film is disposed on the capacitor. A substrate includes a silicon substrate. A silicon oxide film is formed on the silicon substrate. The ports are formed on a silicone oxide film. USE - Bacterial sensor for detecting bacteria by measuring S-parameters in ports. ADVANTAGE - The sensor measures bacterial killing effect of antibacterial substances or antibiotics by measuring number of surviving and dead bacteria, and ensures inexpensive and rapid measurement.
