▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for producing a porous reduced graphene oxide, involves: (a) providing a composite containing graphene oxide and metal oxide particles; and (b) reducing the graphene oxide in the composite and removing the metal oxide particles from the composite. The step (b) comprises (b1) irradiating the composite with microwaves in the presence of an alcohol and an acid, or (b2) after obtaining a reduced complex by irradiating the complex with microwaves in the presence of an alcohol, irradiating the reduced complex with microwaves in the presence of an acid. USE - The method is used for producing porous reduced graphene oxide, which is used as a noble metal-free conductive material, and as an electrode material for supercapacitors. ADVANTAGE - The method provides porous reduced graphene oxide with higher specific capacity by a simple method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the porous reduced graphene oxide, comprising porous structure containing reduced graphene oxide, having mesopores with a pore diameter of 10-50 nm and macropores with a pore diameter of 50-160 nm, where in a C1s spectrum measured using X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), the proportion of bonds attributed to carbonyl (C=O) is 3-10%, in an O1s spectrum measured using XPS, the proportion of bonds attributed to carbonyl (C=O) is 25-55%, and the pore volume of the macropores is larger than the pore volume of the mesopores.
