NOVELTY - The structure has a metal electrode layer (2) arranged on a piezoelectric substrate, where the material of the metal electrode layer is made of aluminum material. An upper surface of the metal electrode layer is covered with a first graphene medium layer. A lower surface of the metal electrode layer is covered with a second graphene medium layer (4). A first graphene dielectric layer (3) is arranged between a piezoelectric substrate (1) and the metal electrode layer. A side wall of the metal electrode layer is covered with a second graphene dielectric layer. USE - Graphene surface acoustic wave filter structure. ADVANTAGE - The structure reduces heat loss caused by the metal electrode layer, improves heat dissipation capability of a filter so as to improve power tolerance function of the filter.
