NOVELTY - Graphene natural rubber foamed polymer composite material comprises 76-84 pts. wt. natural rubber, 16-22 pts. wt. rare earth isoprene rubber, 10-14 pts. wt. ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, 3-5 pts. wt. silane coupling agent-modified glass fiber, 3.6-4.4 pts. wt. basalt fiber of silane coupling agent, 2.5-3 pts. wt. graphene, 1.8-2.4 pts. wt. foaming agent, 0.9-1.2 pts. wt. micropore regulator, 1.5-2.1 pts. wt. polyethylene wax, 1.1-1.5 pts. wt. maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene, 1.6-2.2 pts. wt. crosslinking agent, 3-5 pts. wt. antioxidants, and 3-5 pts. wt. heat stabilizer, where the graphene is a nanographene microchip, the micropore regulator is a mixture of zinc formate and zinc isooctanoate, and the cross-linking agent is a mixture of sulfur and zinc diacrylate. USE - As graphene natural rubber foamed polymer composite material. ADVANTAGE - The graphene natural rubber foamed polymer composite material has low density, ultra-light resistance, low compression permanent deformation rate, excellent rebound resilience, durability, mechanical properties such as tensile strength and elongation at break, and is difficult to deform during use. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the graphene natural rubber foamed polymer composite material comprising (A) weighing natural rubber, rare earth isoprene rubber, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, silane coupling agent-modified glass fiber, basalt fiber of silane coupling agent, graphene, foaming agent, micropore regulator, polyethylene wax, maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene, crosslinking agent, antioxidants, and heat stabilizer, (B) feeding the natural rubber into the internal mixer, and carry out smelting for 12-14 minutes at a temperature of 144-148 degrees C,and storing the natural rubber after refining for more than 48 hours at room temperature, and the natural rubber is used for future use, (C) mixing the treated natural rubber with the rare earth isoprene rubber, the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, the silane coupling agent modified glass fiber, the silane coupling agent modified basalt fiber, the graphene, the polyethylene wax and the maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene into an internal mixer, and mixing for 11-14 minutes under the condition of the temperature of 83-87 degrees C, smelting for 9-12 minutes at a temperature of 104-108 degrees C, adding a cross-linking agent, a foaming agent, a micropore regulator, an antioxidant, and a heat stabilizer, and mixing for 8-10 minutes at a temperature of 118-122 degrees C, and discharging to obtain a mixed rubber mixture, and (D) feeding the mixture obtained in step (C) to the mixer, thinning 2-4 times on the mixer, and preparing tablets to obtain the rubber mixture, and feeding the open rubber mixture to a mold for hot-pressing foaming, cooling and forming, cutting the samples.
