NOVELTY - Composite bacteriostatic material based on graphene oxide is prepared by preparing bacteriostatic material using graphene oxide and β-cyclodextrin copper by dissolving graphene oxide in water, performing ultrasonic treatment until the graphene oxide is dispersed, adjusting the pH value to 10-14 under stirring, adding β-cyclodextrin copper, dispersing the composite material ultrasonically, stirring, mixing, neutralizing with an acid solution, dialyzing with a dialysis bag to remove the formed sodium chloride and freeze-drying the solution to obtain graphene oxide loaded β-cyclodextrin copper bacteriostatic material. USE - The composite bacteriostatic material based on graphene oxide is used for preparing bacteriostatic solution and has bacteriostatic effect on Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus. ADVANTAGE - The composite bacteriostatic material adopts the preparation method that adopts selection of the three-component that produces synergistic effect, and realizes the antibacterial effect on E.coliand S.aureusunder the conditions of low content of graphene oxide and low concentration of β-cyclodextrin copper. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a bacteriostatic solution involving ultrasonically dispersing the graphene oxide loaded β-cyclodextrin copper bacteriostatic material in water to obtain the bacteriostatic solution.
