▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Porous zinc-nickel-phosphorus-oxide-reduced graphene oxide hybrid nanosheet array material comprises zinc oxide, nickel oxide, zinc diphosphide, and nickel phosphide phases and formed by in-situ self-growth on the carbon cloth substrate. The nanosheets are formed by self-assembly of spherical particles, and the pores among the spherical particles on the nanosheets are uniformly distributed with a particle pore size of 10 nm. USE - The material is useful as flexible self-supporting electrode material and in preparation industry of flexible super-capacitor energy storage device (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material has strong controllability, and electrochemical performance. The method is environmentally friendly, simple, economical and has high efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing porous zinc-nickel-phosphorus-oxide-reduced graphene oxide hybrid nanosheet array material.
