NOVELTY - Advanced woodware handicraft coating comprises a primer and a curing agent, where primer comprises 60-70 pts. wt. modified epoxy resin, 2-3 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 0.8-1 pts. wt. coupling agent, 0.2-0.3 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 0.4-0.5 pts. wt. thickening agent, 0.7-0.9 pts. wt. base material wetting agent, 0.1-0.2 pts. wt. flatting agent, 4-5 pts. wt. dipropylene glycolbutyl ether and 12-15 pts. wt. water. The curing agent is polyisocyanate curing agent WT101. The ratio of the amount of the substance of the modified epoxy resin hydroxyl and isocyanate group is 1: 1.3-1.4. USE - Advanced woodware handicraft coating used for the surface coating of high-end wood crafts and forming a strong protective paint film on the surface. ADVANTAGE - The advanced woodware handicraft coating has excellent impact resistance, adhesion, flexibility and hardness. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing advanced woodware handicraft coating, which involves: (A) mixing the water and modified epoxy resin; (B) stirring and adding graphene oxide, coupling agent, antifoaming agent, substrate wetting agent, flatting agent and dipropylene glycol butyl ether; (C) stirring for 25-30min; (D) adding thickening agent,after adding; (E) stirring for 10-20min; (F) filtering to obtain the primer; and (G) mixing the primer and curing agent uniformly to obtain the coating.
