NOVELTY - Graphene heat transfer enhanced phenolic resin composite pipe production device comprises operation and control system (1), hard pipe (2), metal pipe rotating device (3), retaining ring (4), hard pipe supporting bearing (5), steel wire brush (6), metal pipe supporting frame (7), composite resin nozzle (9), driving wheel (12), heating and curing device (13), driving belt (14), guide rail (16), resin pump (17) and transition supporting pipe (18). The outer layer of composite pipe is metal pipe. The mass percentage of graphene in phenolic resin layer is 0.5-8 wt.%. The metal pipe rotating device comprises rotating motor, shaft and metal pipe clamping device. The metal pipe support frame comprises support, bearing and metal pipe fixing device. The contact portion between metal pipe fixing device and fixed metal pipe is covered with flexible material. The hard pipe comprises composite resin conveying pipe and support ring. The transition support tube is made of metal material. USE - Graphene heat transfer enhanced phenolic resin composite pipe production device.
