▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for preparing an adsorption demulsifier, involves (a) hydrophobically modifying graphene oxide (GO) with hexadecyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) to obtain chemically modified graphene oxide (CMGO), and (b) adding CMGO and oleic acid modified magnetic nanoparticles (o-Fe3O4MNPs) to glycidyl methacrylate (GMA) as monomer, divinylbenzene (DVB) as a crosslinking agent, Span 80 (RTM: Sorbitan monooleate) as a surfactant, xylene as an organic phase, water as an inorganic phase, and calcium chloride as a super concentrated emulsion such as high internal phase emulsions (HIPEs) of water-oil interface stabilizer, and performing microwave polymerization to obtain adsorption demulsifier block material. USE - The demulsifier is used for rapid treatment of oil-containing waste water/oily waste water from mechanical cutting. ADVANTAGE - The method involves simple preparation and easy operation, ensures high efficiency and saves energy and the demulsifier is environmentally-friendly as compared with conventional demulsifier. The demulsifier block can be removed by magnetic field or centrifugal method to achieve the purification of waste water.
