▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene tumor marker sensor based on multifunctional nano protein film comprises transferring graphene to silicon dioxide substrate, multifunctional nano protein film and reaction cavity, where the multifunctional nano protein film covalently modified on surface of graphene, the multifunctional nano protein film is inactivated bovine serum albumin (BSA) protein film. USE - Used as graphene tumor marker sensor based on multifunctional nano protein film. ADVANTAGE - The sensor: is simple, easy to operate and versatility; and achieves different target molecules of high sensitivity and specificity of test. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the sensor comprising (i) fabricating titanium electrode on silicon dioxide substrate and transferring the graphene to titanium electrode surface, (ii) adding BSA solution on the surface of graphene by heat inactivation process and washing to obtain inactivated BSA protein film modified by graphene, (iii) defining channel size of the graphene modified by the deactivated BSA protein film using photolithography, etching the channel surface, dissolving the photo-resist by acetone, (iv) spin coating of SU-8 photoresist on the modified inactive BSA protein film of graphene channel surface as protective insulating layer, and (v) coupling the antibody with inactivated BSA protein film surface, conjugating with BSA solution, fixing reaction cavity on the surface of device and sealing to obtain the product. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic representation of the graphene tumor marker sensor based on multifunctional nano protein film.
