NOVELTY - Manufacture of heat-radiating sheet involves mixing a polymer binder and graphene oxide, obtaining a mixture, ultrasonically treating the obtained mixture, preparing a coating solution by adding a fluorine-based additive and defoamer to the mixture, forming a coating film by applying the coating solution on a substrate, and separating the coating film from the substrate. USE - Manufacture of heat-radiating sheet (claimed) used for electronic apparatus. ADVANTAGE - The method enables manufacture of self-supporting heat-radiating sheet having excellent thermal conductivity. The electronic apparatus obtained using the heat-radiating sheet has excellent durability and efficiency.
