NOVELTY - A composite material comprises 5-50 wt.% vinyl resin, 5-30 wt.% glass fiber, 5- 30 wt.% graphene oxide (GO), 5-25 wt.% low-profile agent, 10-70 wt.% inorganic mineral filler, 1-5 wt.% thickening agent, 1-10 wt.% curing agent, and 0.1-5 wt.% vinyl ester resin. The glass fibers are processed through a silane coupling agent. The silane coupling agent is a styrene-containing reactive group of the coupling agent. The inorganic mineral filler is calcium carbonate, aluminum hydroxide, talc powder, kaolin, bentonite or mica. USE - Composite material in the form of SMC (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material has simple and easy preparation method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of composite material comprising: (A) dispersing the GO in absolute ethyl alcohol solvent by ultrasonic oscillation for 1 hour to further release the sheet graphite oxide, and then adding vinyl ester resin by ultrasonic oscillation for 1 hour; (B) dispersing the GO in the vinyl ester resin, low profile agent, inorganic mineral filler, mold release agents, and curing agent, mixing, fully stirring controlled at 800- 1200 revolutions/minute, and stirring for 15 minutes; (C) quickly transferring magnesium oxide into groove sheet molding compound (SMC), and high speed stirring for 1-2 minutes; (D) uniformly coating upper and lower polyethylene films with resin paste at 2-4 mm thick, circular cutting continuous glass fiber into 24 mm chopped fiber, uniformly scattering on the lower layer of resin stick with paste by the pressure roller, mixing the resin paste and the fiber together, and then the adjusted air stick; and (E) allowing the SMC wound retractor reel to enter 25-40 degrees C curing room quickly thickened resin after 24-200 hours to reach fully impregnated glass fiber to obtain composite material.
