NOVELTY - The method involves dispersing graphene prepared by physical stripping process in an organic solvent to prepare a graphene dispersion liquid. The graphene dispersing liquid is placed in a magnetic field for carrying out orientation treatment in a horizontal direction. The organic solvent is removed after preparing fluffy graphene fil. A mirror smooth template is clamped for vacuum pressing to prepare the graphene heat-conducting film. USE - Method for preparing graphene heat conducting film for use in mobile phone i.e. heat-assisted magnetic resonance imaging (HAMR) film. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene heat-conducting film that has high heat conductivity coefficient, and does not need carbonization and graphitization treatment. The preparation process is few, the device requirement is low, and the product cost is lower. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a graphene heat conducting film.
