NOVELTY - Thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer material comprises 55-65 pts. wt. polymer diol, 25-35 pts. wt. diisocyanate, 7-12 pts. wt. chain extender, 0.01-1 pts. wt. catalyst, 0.1-2 pts. wt. antioxidant, 0.1-10 pts. wt. nano titanium dioxide, 0.1-10 pts. wt. graphene and 0.1-10 pts. wt. silicone oil. USE - The material is useful for dustproof and antibacterial self-cleaning film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material: has excellent mechanical properties; and has simple preparation method; and is easy to operate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer material, comprising (i) mixing the polymer glycol, antioxidant, silicone oil, and catalyst in the batching tank, mechanically stirring at speed of 10-120 revolutions/minute (rpm), and stirring for 1-12 hours, (ii) transporting the nano-titanium dioxide and nano-graphene from the bottom of the batching tank into the batching tank through a vacuum conveying system, continuously stirring, mechanically stirring 10-120 at rpm, and stirring for 1-12 hours, (iii) adding the configured polymer diol, diisocyanate and chain extender into the twin-screw extruder system through the feed infusion system, and carrying out the polymerization reaction at 120-240 degrees C, and the screw speed is 150-300 rpm, and(iv) drying molten polymer is pelletized underwater to obtain thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer material particles for dust-proof, anti-bacterial and self-cleaning film.
