▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The detector has a substrate (1) whose upper surface is formed with a first gold nanometer particle layer (2) that is transferred with a graphene layer (3). The graphene layer is formed with a second gold nanometer particle layer (4). The first and second gold nanometer particle layers are separated by the graphene layer. The second gold nanometer particle layer is provided with a top electrode (5). A lower surface of the substrate is provided with a bottom electrode (6). The first and second gold nanometer particle layers are made of Gold nano-particles layer. The top electrode and the bottom electrode are formed with a Silver electrode. USE - Wide detection band dual plasma working photoelectric detector. ADVANTAGE - The detector ensures effective transmission of electrons through a double plasma resonance electrode, and expands photoelectric detection wavelength range and final effective detection wavelength range for about 360-1330 nm, and realizes UV-visible-near infrared working.
