▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Waterborne epoxy anticorrosive coating with low zinc content comprises 60-80 pts. wt. composite resin, 5-10 pts. wt. talC powder, 10-15 pts. wt. filler, 5-8 pts. wt. ethylene glycol butyl ether, 1-2 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol, 0.2-0.8 pts. wt. emulsifier, 0.8-1.8 pts. wt. dispersant, 30-50 pts. wt. zinc powder, 30-50 pts. wt. curing agent and 0.3-1 pts. wt. modified graphene; adding modified substances to graphene to obtain modified graphene, and the ratio between modified substance and graphene is 1:99-4:96. USE - Used as waterborne epoxy anticorrosive coating with low zinc content. ADVANTAGE - The coating: has low zinc anticorrosion, lasting effect; is environmentally friendly; and prevents seawater and air corrosion. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing waterborne epoxy anticorrosive coating with low zinc content comprising (i) adding modified substances to graphene to obtain modified graphene, the ratio between modified substance and graphene is 1:99-4:96, then carrying out grinding and first ultrasonic dispersion, (ii) mixing 60-80 pts. wt. composite resin, 5-10 pts. wt. talc powder, 10-15 pts. wt. filler, 5-8 pts. wt. ethylene glycol butyl ether, 1-2 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol, 0.2-0.8 pts. wt. emulsifier, 0.8-1.8 pts. wt. dispersant, 30-50 pts. wt. zinc powder and 0.3-1 pts. wt. modified graphene and stirring at high speed after the second ultrasonic dispersion, then grinding and dispersing, and (iii) adding 30-50 pts. wt. curing agent and continue to stirring.
