NOVELTY - Polyurethane foaming material comprises 55-65 pts. wt. polyether polyol, 20-30 pts. wt. isocyanate salt, 3-8 pts. wt. ethylene glycol, 0.3-1 pts. wt. alcohol ammonia compound, 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. foam stabilizer, 5-10 pts. wt. foaming agent, 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. catalyst, 0.3-0.5 pts. wt. mold release agent, 1-3 pts. wt. color paste and 0.001-0.002 pts. wt. graphene. USE - Used as polyurethane foaming material. ADVANTAGE - The polyurethane foaming material: has heat conduction, physical characteristic of the fastest heat dissipation, has function of absorbing formaldehyde and peculiar smell, surface hardness of 15-40degrees; and is more exquisite and soft, more close to the body; and can improve the baby skin comfort, and can prolong the service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the graphene PU foaming material, comprising (i) mixing polyether polyol, isocyanate salt, glycol, alcohol ammonia compound and catalyst, plasticating, filling into the banburying machine, banburying reaction chamber to vacuum, heating the reaction chamber at 100-100degrees Celsius, performing a section of banburying process; (ii) after reaction in step (i), rapidly cooling to below 45degrees Celsius by strong air cooler and a hydrocooling refrigerator, then primarily crushing by crushing machine; (iii) adding the release agent into the reaction obtained after primary crushing in step (ii), adding graphene, filling into the banburying machine, banburying the reaction chamber to vacuum, and then heating the reaction chamber, and controlling the reaction temperature at 180-200degrees Celsius, then performing two-section banburying treatment; (iv) after the reaction in step (iii), then orderly performing secondary cooling by strong air cooler and a hydrocooling refrigerator, controlling the temperature to below 45degrees Celsius, and then crushing for the second time by crushing machine; (v) adding the foaming agent to the obtained substance after the secondary crushing in the step (iv), adding color paste and foam stabilizer, filling into the banburying machine, banburying reaction chamber is pumped to vacuum, heating the reaction chamber at 250-280degrees Celsius, three sections of banburying process, until the material is crosslinked into a group to obtain the cross-linked material; and (vi) directly performing foaming process operation to the cross-linked material of step (v), orderly performing rubber-discharging-cutting-foaming-cooling process flow, obtaining the graphene PU foaming material.
