NOVELTY - Lubricating oil blending technique comprises (1) preparing raw materials comprising 60-75 pts. wt. base oil, 3-6 pts. wt. graphene modifier, 4-8 pts. wt. lubricating oil thickener, 2-4 pts. wt. complexing agent, 2-3 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, and 5-8 pts. wt. pour point depressant, (2) injecting base oil, graphene modifier, lubricating oil thickener, complexing agent, antifoaming agent and pour point depressant into the reactor, (3) transporting the primary lubricating oil obtained from step (2) to the heating tank, (4) passing the primary lubricating oil heated by step (3) through the bag filter and the precision filter, (5) processing primary lubricating oil filtered by step (4) by homogenizing emulsifying pump, and (6) re-transmitting the high-grade lubricating oil in the buffer tank in step (5) to the reactor, and then circulating to steps (2)-(5) for 5-10 times to obtain finished lubricating oil. USE - The method is useful for lubricating oil blending technique. ADVANTAGE - The method: stirs variety of raw materials; reduces the impurity content; and improves the quality of the finished lubricating oil. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Lubricating oil blending technique comprises (1) preparing raw materials comprising 60-75 pts. wt. base oil, 3-6 pts. wt. graphene modifier, 4-8 pts. wt. lubricating oil thickener, 2-4 pts. wt. complexing agent, 2-3 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, and 5-8 pts. wt. pour point depressant, (2) injecting base oil, graphene modifier, lubricating oil thickener, complexing agent, antifoaming agent and pour point depressant into the reactor, sequentially pulse blending and stirring the above raw materials to obtain primary lubricating oil, where the total time of the pulse blending and the stirring is 1-2 hours, and the stirring and blending time ratio is 70-85%, (3) transporting the primary lubricating oil obtained from step (2) to the heating tank, and heating the primary lubricating oil to 60-80degrees Celsius, (4) passing the primary lubricating oil heated by step (3) through the bag filter and the precision filter, where the filtration accuracy of the bag filter is 50-75 microm, and the filtration accuracy of the precision filter is 10-15 microm, (5) processing the primary lubricating oil filtered by step (4) by homogenizing emulsifying pump and then sending to the buffer tank for buffering, subjecting the primary lubricating oil to the combined effects of strong shear, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, impact tearing and turbulence in the narrow gap between the stator and rotor of the homogeneous emulsion pump, and mixing variety of raw materials thoroughly to obtain high-grade lubricating oil, and (6) re-transmitting the high-grade lubricating oil in the buffer tank in step (5) to the reactor, replacing the various raw materials in step (2) with the high-grade lubricating oil, and then circulating to steps (2)-(5) for 5-10 times to obtain the finished lubricating oil.
