▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene hot-dip galvanized hanging sling coating involves dissolving graphene in an epoxy resin to obtain solution (A), uniformly mixing the aerogel and polyurethane to obtain solution (B), dissolving oxide nanopowder and binder in a solvent to obtain solution (C), and uniformly mixing and stirring solution (A), (B) and (C) for 4-10 hours. USE - Preparation of graphene hot-dip galvanized hanging sling coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method reduces consumption of zinc and acid in the hot-dip galvanizing process, and provides hot-dip galvanized hanging sling coating which has excellent high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and can withstand long-time strong acid immersion and zinc liquid corrosion.
