NOVELTY - A mixed matrix film of bifunctional modified graphene oxide (GO) nanosheet comprises sulfonated graphene oxide nanosheets, which grows iron-sulfate in-situ on two-dimensional SGO nanosheets and is used as filler and polyether-polyamide copolymer blending. USE - Mixed matrix film of bifunctional modified graphene oxide nanosheet for separating carbon dioxide (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The mixed matrix film has excellent gas separation performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A mixed matrix film of bifunctional modified graphene oxide (GO) nanosheet comprises iron sulfate-sulfonated graphene oxide (Fe3O4-SGO) nanosheets, which grows iron-sulfate in-situ on two-dimensional SGO nanosheets and is used as filler and polyether-polyamide copolymer blending. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the mixed matrix film, which involves (S1) carrying out hydrophilic modification of sulfonic acid groups to two-dimensional flake-shaped GO nanosheets to obtain SGO nanosheets, (S2) dissolving irojn chloride hexahydrate (FeCl3.6H2O) and iron chloride tetrahydrate (FeCl2.4H2O) in deionized water and passing through nitrogen protection. adding the SGO nanosheets, ultrasonically-dispersing, heating and stirring, adding aqueous ammonia in drops to adjust the pH value, stirring and magnetically-absorbing enrichment product, pouring the supernatant, washing with deionized water until the supernatant is neutral and colorless and drying in a vacuum oven to obtain Fe3O4-SGO nanosheets, physically-blending the nanosheets and Pebax(RTM: polyether-block amide) solution (s), stirring at room temperature to obtain a casting solution, and (S4) pouring the casting solution on a clean plane, and placing it in a magnetic field to naturally-dry to form a film and vacuum-drying.
