NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene-modified zinc powder, involves dispersing graphene in a water-soluble organic solvent to obtain 10-20 wt.% graphene dispersion, adding zinc powder to the dispersion, stirring at 50 degrees C or less and 1000-2000 rpm for 45-90 minutes to obtain a crude product, and grinding the crude product to a granularity of 35-45 mu m. USE - Preparation of graphene-modified zinc powder for use in aqueous anticorrosion paint (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables easy industrial preparation of graphene-modified zinc powder, which provides safe and environmentally-friendly aqueous anticorrosion paint having excellent salt spray resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance, salt water resistance, adhesion, and stability.
