▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Hybrid graphene/zinc oxide material comprises photo catalyst zinc oxide which is covered by single-layer or multi-layer graphene, where the mass ratio of graphene oxide and nano-photocatalyst zinc oxide is 0.1-10:100. The hybrid graphene/zinc oxide material is prepared by hydrothermal synthesis method. USE - Hybrid graphene/zinc oxide material used for photocatalytic degradation of mycotoxins (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The hybrid graphene/zinc oxide material is easy to prepare and suitable for industrial mass production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing hybrid graphene/zinc oxide material which involves: (A) subjecting the graphene oxide dispersion liquid to first ultrasonic treatment to obtain graphene oxide dispersion liquid, centrifuging at low-speed and removing the lower layer aggregate; (B) subjecting the upper layer solution to second ultrasonic treatment to peel off the graphene oxide in the upper layer solution, carrying out high speed centrifugal treatment to remove the unbonded graphene oxide; (C) dispersing the peeled graphene oxide in de-ionized water, subjecting to third ultrasonic treatment to obtain single layer or multi-layer structure of the graphene oxide dispersion liquid, mixing the nano-photocatalyst zinc oxide and stirring and subjecting to forth ultrasonic treatment to obtain homogeneous solution of nano-photocatalyst zinc oxide and graphene oxide, where the mass ratio of graphene oxide and nano-photocatalyst zinc oxide is 0.1-10:100; and (D) performing hydro-thermal reaction to obtain hybrid graphene/zinc oxide material.
