NOVELTY - Aza-graphene fiber, is claimed. The fiber is doped with pyrrole nitrogen, where the doping concentration is 7.92-7.98%. USE - The fiber is useful in the field of wearable electronic device. ADVANTAGE - The fiber assembled in supercapacitor has a capacity of up to 230 F/g. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing aza-graphene fiber, comprising (i) continuously wet spinning 10-20 mg/g graphene oxide dispersion; (ii) soaking the obtained graphene oxide fiber in a coagulation bath for more than 0.5 hour, where the coagulation bath is composed of ammonium bicarbonate ,water and ethanol in a mass ratio of 3-10:100:20; (iii) subjecting graphene oxide fiber to hydrothermal treatment in a hydrothermal kettle filled with of ammonium bicarbonate aqueous solution, where the temperature of the hydrothermal treatment is 180 degrees C and time is 0.5-18 hours, and the mass ratio of ammonium bicarbonate in ammonium bicarbonate aqueous solution and water is 1:10; (iv) washing using deionized water to obtain the product in reduction state.
